Peaceful Mamas Yoga
A Prenatal yoga class for women who have been practicing or are just beginning to practice to maintain strength and flexibility through asanas and breathing exercises to carry their baby. the breath work practiced in yoga is also helpful for maintaining focus and flowing with contractions during labor and delivery. Peaceful mamas yoga will address all stages of pregnancy from the first to the third trimester. Props will be used to assist with asanas as your baby grows. You will also meet other moms and form life long friendships as you grow your families.
